The Black Rose^TM has a number of Special Interest Groups which meet at both regular and irregular intervals.  One of the groups is:  

The Next Generation (a.k.a. "the TNG") is a safe, comfortable way for BDSMers aged 19-35 to meet other like-minded people, expand their knowledge of BDSM, and just hang out and have fun. All experience levels are welcome. The group goes to area BDSM events, has periodic classes on topics of special interest, and participates in various outreach activities.

Happy Hour hosted by TNG happens every Tuesday evening at 6:30PM! Join us! Especially if you're new to the scene or perhaps just our community, this is an excellent opportunity to meet an eclectic mix of like minded people with youthful energy and spirit. All are welcome to join us not just for great food and drinks, but even better conversation before we enjoy our new Happy Hour location at Billy Goat Tavern, 500 New Jersey Ave Northwest, Washington, DC 20001 just a couple blocks away from Union Station.
